In 2012, Daniel Kaufman became a partner to Nathan Accounting Group, LLC. Prior to that, he was a sole practitioner at Daniel R. Kaufman, CPA, LLC. Mr. Kaufman's responsibilities in his new partnership include planning and management of tax and financial statement engagements and business valuation services.
In 2004, he earned his certification in business valuation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and in 2006 he received an accreditation in Business Valuation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
For nearly two decades, Mr. Kaufman has worked with small and medium sized businesses and individuals from extremely diverse economic backgrounds. His education and background make him an ideal fit to help today’s small business owner achieve piece of mind; knowing that there is a Certified Public Accountant that understands how to navigate through an increasingly complex business landscape.
Daniel Kaufman received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in economics from Southern Connecticut State University.
In his free time, Mr. Kaufman enjoys literature, music and movies. He makes his home in Hartford with his wife, Ginger.
